Product Description

Vacuum Packaging machine is also called vacuum packing sealer.It can automatically extract the air in the packaging bag, complete the sealing process after achieving a predetermined vacuum degree, or fill nitrogen or other mixed gases, and then complete the sealing process, which is often used in the food vacuum packiing industry. After vacuum packaging, food can be antioxidant, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term preservation.

There are two vacuum chambers, which are higher than the single chamber vacuum packaging machine. Depending on the vacuum chamber below, there may be different forms of vacuum packaging machines such as recessed, inclined, and thickened.

How to use the Vacuum Packing Machine?

1. Preparation: Ensure that the machine is clean and free from any debris. Make sure that the sealing bars are properly aligned and in good condition. Also, ensure that the machine is plugged in and turned on.

2. Place the items to be vacuum packed: Open the lid of one of the chambers and place the items you want to vacuum pack inside. Make sure not to overfill the chamber and leave enough space for the bag to be sealed properly.

3. Close the chamber: Close the lid of the chamber securely. Ensure that it is properly sealed to prevent any air leaks during the vacuuming process.

4. Start the vacuuming process: Depending on the specific machine, there may be different options available for the vacuuming process. Some machines have preset programs, while others allow you to set the vacuuming time and pressure manually. Select the appropriate settings based on the type of item you are vacuum packing.

5. Vacuuming and sealing: Once you have selected the settings, start the vacuuming process. The machine will remove the air from the chamber, creating a vacuum. This helps to extend the shelf life of the packed items. Once the desired level of vacuum is achieved, the machine will automatically seal the bag.

6. Remove the vacuum-packed items: Open the lid of the chamber and remove the vacuum-packed items. Ensure that the seal is intact and that the bag is properly sealed.

7. Repeat the process: If you have more items to vacuum pack, repeat the process in the second chamber of the machine.

8. Clean and maintain the machine: After you have finished vacuum packing, make sure to clean the machine thoroughly. Wipe down the chambers, sealing bars, and any other surfaces with a clean cloth. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine will ensure its longevity and optimal performance.
