This series of vacuum packing machines is featured automatic processing of vacuuming, sealing, cooling, which is used in food vacuum packing, electronics vacuum packing and so on. It can prevent the products from oxidization and mildew, as well as corrosion and moisture, keeping the quality and freshness and prolonging the storage time.
Double Vacuum Packaging machine has two double vacuum chambers and consists of two separate chambers, each with its own sealing bar. The product to be packaged is placed inside one chamber, and the air is removed from the chamber through a vacuum pump. Once the desired level of vacuum is achieved, the sealing bar is activated to seal the package. Meanwhile, the other chamber can be loaded with the next product, which helps to increase the packaging efficiency.
5.Lid Gasket: The vacuum chamber lid gasket made ofhigh-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work.
Detailed Description
1. Plug in the power (110V or 220V)/or can be customized；
2. Turn on the power button；
3. Adjust the pumping time (about 30 seconds)；
4. Adjust the sealing time (about 2 seconds)；
5. Adjust the cooling time (about 3 seconds)；
6. Installed items, placed inside the bag sealed；
7. Press the top cover to operate the vacuum gauge back to zero to complete the work.
