1.On the top of the machine ,it has the circulation fan and exhaust fan which play an important role in the fermenting and drying process.

2.On the right side of the machine ,it it is the electric control box.We use automatic PLC display screen to control the fermenting and drying temperatue.

How to Make Black Garlic?
1. Select good quality fresh garlic,such as whole ,single and Peeled Black Garlic Cloves.
2.Put fresh garlic garlic into fermenting trays .We suggest each tray can be put in 5kg.
3.Start Fermenting process.We have set up all the fermenting temeprature in the machine's PLC control system.The machine will be run automatically.
4.After fermenting, drying proecss will be start.About 18days later,we can get good quality black garlic.
5.If it is a standard black garlic facotry, riening step is necessary.
