HY-30 model machine is a small capacity machine.It's input capacity is about 25kg fresh garilc and outout is about 12.5kg black garlic each batch.It is suitable for home produciton or small black garlic producer.
The small Black Garlic Fermentation Machine mainly consists of a heating system, PLC control system, and a hot air circulation system.It's heat source is from heating tube and the production process is controlled by automatic PLC .When the inside temperature reach the temperature we set, the machine will stop heating and go into a constant temperature insulation state.Therefore, the machine is very energy-efficient
On the top the machine, they are circulation fan and exhaust fan.Given our unique internal structural design, the circulating fan can transport the heat generated by the heating tube to every corner of the fermentation chamber. This also ensures the uniformity of fermentation and directly ensures the quality of the product.
