1.HY-400 garlic fermenting machine has 1 pcs fixed fermenting racks and 1 pcs racks with wheels which can be easy to put the garlic into the machine.
2.It has 80 pcs fermenting trays and 2 pcs fermenting racks which are made of food grade SUS 304.
3..Apart from the exhaust fan, it also has installed 2 pcs air inlet valve which make sure it has good air exchanges in the drying process.

How to Make Black Garlic Through Our Machine?
1.Working Preparations.
Select good quality fresh garlic, mositure is about 55-70%.If possbile, cut the garlic neck if it is too longer.
2.Loading Garlic into Trays/Racks
Make sure the neck of the garlic is up to the top and put the garlic the trays in order.
3.Fermenting Process
After putting the garlic into the machine, close the door and then start fermenting process.Just click the start button is ok
4.Drying Process.
After fermenting process is over ,drying process will be start.
5.Take Black Garlic Out of the Machine.
After drying process,we can take black garlic out of the machine and put in a clean room for ripening,packing.....
