Black Garlic is aged garlic browned because of the fermentation in the black galic machine.  The fermentation is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reduced sugars that gives the black garlic it's distinct flavour. 


Studies have shown that black garlic has twice the amount of antioxidant as raw garlic. Black garlic is packed with high amounts of s-allylcycteine which helps inhibit cholesterol buildup. Other believed benefits include preventing heart diseases and cancer, boosting immune function and reducing inflammation.


Our Whole Black Garlic is our mainly exportation products. Generally speaking , it has 10-12 cloves and the average clove is 10.  So sometimes it also called Multi Bulb Black Garlic. It's taste is sweet and sour instead of stimulation,such as white garlic.
