Black Garlic Fermenting Machine is also called Black Garlic Maker or Black Garlic Machine.It is a kind of food machine which is used for making various kinds of black garlic, such as Whole Bulb Black Garlic and Solo Black Garlic.Our HY-3000 is a large capacity machine which can be put in about 3000kg fresh garlic each batch and output is about 1500kg black garlic.

Our Machine's Advantages

1.Anhydrous fermenting.We don't use water in the fermenting process.So,we don't use to install water pipes in the machine which can make the produciton process easy.

2.All the fermenting racks and trays are made of food grade SUS 304.

3.It's appication is widely.It can not only be used for making solo black garlic but also used for Peeled Black Garlic Cloves directly.We just need to put fresh peeled garlic cloves into the trays and then we can get Peeled Black Garlic.By this way,

we don't need to peel the skin by hands.

4. The process cycle is about 18days and totaly electric consumption is about 2700kw.h for one batch.So,it is vey energy saving.All the production parameters has been set up in the automatic PLC control system.Through the screen, the operator can observe the prodcution process directly.
